If you’ve been following for a while, then you’ve heard me talk about. . .

Collectors VS Executors.

It’s simple. Collectors collect. They gather all sorts of cool ideas and resources and they horde them away waiting for the right time to do something but in the end, do nothing. . .

Executors on the other hand could have fewer resources or possibly more. It doesn't matter. Whatever they have, they execute on it. They’re action-takers and they have results because of it.

Looking up a quick definition of executor, it says. . .
a person who produces something or puts something into effect:

And I think this perfectly fits what I mean when I say executor.

What is the Executors Challenge 31-Day Implementation camp? 
It’s a special 31-Day live challenge designed to help you develop habits for BJJ mastery and to gain more focus with your training or lifestyle off the mat. 

During the month-long challenge, I'll be assisting you towards identifying and focusing on 1 single goal to chase after. I’ll be coming at it from a BJJ training, lifting and lifestyle focus to support your grappling. 

Now, you might be saying to yourself, "But Chewy I have way more than 1 goal that I want to achieve." 

Yeah, me too! Don't we all?

But again, the biggest problem for most people isn't having enough goals or ideas. 

It's that they lack focus and feel overwhelmed by the abundance of information and possibilities. 

Because of this they achieve nothing! 

They make to-do-lists, talk about the stuff they want to do, visualized, etc. . . but nothing changes. . . year after year.

Now I said this would be a live challenge. This is much different than a traditional video instructional course. 

Instead of the normal courses and series which give you a big dump of resources and tell you to dig in, this one will be done in real-time.

The videos and resources will be released slowly over the course of the month to make the process more digestible and easier to stay on top of. The last thing I want to do with an implementation challenge is overwhelm you!

I'll be conducting coaching calls scheduled over the course of the month. We'll do at least 4 of these. The times of these calls will be decided once I get input from those that register so we can set a time that works best. These calls will be a chance to touch base and help me give you direction. 

You'll also have a community behind you. There will be a community portal inside of the members area that you will have access to. This will be a chance to talk with others who are on their own path to improving in 2025. It will also be a chance to publicly state your given goals so I can help keep you accountable.

Each day I’ll be releasing a new video or resource with you. Each video will be based off a personal experience, science-based evidence on habits & training, and even a few historical examples. If you're an older grappler who wants to would like to learn a guard passing style to help you slow the action down and be as effective as possible, then Flow & Controlled is for you. 

This series isn't available anywhere else and will be priced at over $90 when it's released in 2025. This early release is a chance to learn an slow, methodical guard passing style that works in gi or no gi. Yes, you read that right. You can slow things down in no gi!

Here's a little bit of what to expect inside the Flow & Controlled guard passing series:
  • ​Learn how to slow things down even in no gi! (Yeah you read that right, using proper grips and positioning you can slow down no gi).
  • ​The “Pop Up” position that lets you drain your opponent of energy while you do almost nothing. (The key here is putting the person in a vulnerable position that forces them to use muscle).
  • ​A step-by-step process to implement the guard passing style into your BJJ game. (This is through a simple objective-based method where instead of focusing on hitting techniques I’ll show you key points to work towards during rolling. This will help you avoid frustration and be more effective with implementing the techniques into your game.)
  • ​A guard passing style specifically designed for older grapplers (30+) in mind. (This is the style I’m transitioning to in order to stay more active, roll more often and not gas myself against some of my younger training partners.)
  • ​A battle-tested guard passing system that’s helped me win No Gi Worlds, No Gi Pans and more. (You can rest assured that what’s being taught to you is 100% effective and legit.) 
  • ​The biggest mistake people make when it comes to adding pressure on top that leaves them exhausted. (I’ll show you how to avoid the mistake and instead add tons of heavy top pressure in the most efficient way possible.) 
  • ​Specific concepts and principles so that you know the WHY to go with the HOW. (For example, half guard is an amazing guard position and amazing guard passing position. But it all depends on the positioning of the shoulders. By having the shoulders flat on the mat you turn the half guard into 1 of the most effective guard passing positions there is!)
  • ​A guard passing style that’s like chess. Let’s unpack this a bit. . .
Chess is strategically deep but not very complex. 

There’s only 6 types of pieces and I can teach you the rules in a few minutes. I learned it when I was 7. But you can spend your life perfecting your chess playing abilities. This is the same with this style of guard passing. It’s simple. White belts can use it (many of mine do) but it is strategically deep and can be used at the highest levels of BJJ (after learning the system you’ll see it used by many of the highest grapplers).

My goal with the series isn’t to overload you with complexity. It’s to give you the simplest information to get you passing guards in your gym!

  • ​Narrated breakdowns of me using the Flow & Controlled style in competitions and rolls in the gym. (I’ll show you what it looks like in action and even show you some mistakes made so you have a better understanding of how to use the position.) 
  • ​How to prevent someone from sweeping you in half guard when they have the underhook. (This simple grip will shut down the underhook and their sweeps.) 
  • ​The right (and wrong) ways to add pressure when passing guard.
  • ​How to shred the knee shield guard. (There are several ways to shut down the knee shield and I'll teach you some of the easiest and most effective ways to do it!)

Starting January 1st I’ll be running a The Execution Challenge 30-Day Implementation Camp.

Where is all the content in the members area?
It will be released starting on January, 1st, 2025.

Is this strictly for BJJ?
I'm an expert in BJJ, it's where I feel the best able to serve people. However, many members last year took the ideas shared and used them for their life and businesses. Since the ideas are based on principles first, they can be applied towards just about anything. 

Can I have access to all of the content at once?
No, again, the idea is to release it to you bit by bit to sustain you over the course of the month. I don't want you to have a big boost of motivation followed by a dump of doing nothing. 

Can I get a refund? 
No, I will not be offering refunds for the course. Don't invest in the course if you're not 100% able and committed.
